People have lost their votes/ballots because of Colonel By's internet connection taking a huge dump all over the place. Probably thousands of people have not received their PINs yet. People are actually expressing frustration at the length of time it takes to vote, and are giving up. People are not down with the e-vote.

UPDATE (14:38): Pretti Kitti received her ballot and voted. Democracy has never previously flustered me to this extent. Aside, perhaps, for the 2008 Canadian Federal Elections.
